These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the BiCXO platform and related services provided by BiCXO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("BiCXO", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, installing, or using the BiCXO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the platform.
BiCXO provides a financial automation and analytics platform designed to assist organizations in managing financial data, automating operational workflows and improving decision-making across finance functions. The platform supports capabilities such as financial reporting automation, treasury visibility, financial planning and analysis, KPI monitoring, working capital analysis, accounts receivable and payable insights, data consolidation and AI-assisted financial analytics. The platform may process data originating from multiple enterprise systems including ERP platforms, accounting software, banking systems and other financial data sources. BiCXO is intended to assist finance teams in improving operational efficiency and gaining visibility into financial performance. The platform provides tools and analytics to support decision-making but does not replace professional financial judgment.
For purposes of these Terms:
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, BiCXO grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the platform during the subscription period. The platform may be used solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes.

The subscription does not grant the Customer ownership of the platform or its underlying intellectual property.
BiCXO may be deployed using different infrastructure models depending on the operational and security requirements of the Customer.
Under the cloud deployment model, the BiCXO platform is hosted within infrastructure environments managed by BiCXO or its authorized infrastructure providers. Customers access the platform through secure internet connections without the need to maintain application infrastructure. BiCXO manages the hosting environment, system availability, platform maintenance, security monitoring and updates required to operate the platform. Customers remain responsible for managing their internal user access and ensuring appropriate governance over their data.
Customers may alternatively deploy the BiCXO platform within their own infrastructure environment. In this deployment model, the software is installed on servers or infrastructure controlled by the Customer or the Customer’s designated infrastructure provider. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure required to operate the platform, including servers, networking, database environments, backups and security controls. BiCXO provides the software components and installation support but is not responsible for infrastructure performance or failures occurring within the Customer’s environment.
Customers may request migration between deployment models, subject to technical feasibility and commercial agreement. Such migrations may require additional implementation services.
Access to the platform is limited to authorized users designated by the Customer. Authorized users may include employees, consultants, or contractors working on behalf of the Customer. The Customer is responsible for managing user accounts and ensuring that login credentials remain secure. Customers must promptly notify BiCXO if unauthorized access to the platform is suspected.
Customers must ensure that the platform is used in accordance with applicable laws, financial regulations and internal governance policies. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data uploaded into the platform and ensuring that it is obtained through lawful means. Customers remain responsible for reviewing financial outputs generated by the platform before using them in financial reports, regulatory filings, or strategic decisions.
The Customer retains full ownership of all Customer Data processed through the platform. BiCXO does not claim ownership of Customer Data. BiCXO may access Customer Data only to provide and maintain the services, troubleshoot system issues, improve platform performance, or comply with legal obligations. BiCXO will not sell or commercially exploit Customer Data.
BiCXO implements security measures designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption, access controls, monitoring systems and secure infrastructure practices. Despite these measures, customers acknowledge that no digital system can guarantee complete protection against all security threats. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate internal security policies and access controls.
BiCXO may include artificial intelligence and automation features that analyze financial data and generate insights, alerts, or predictive models. These capabilities are intended to assist finance teams in identifying trends and improving decision-making. However, AI-generated insights should not be considered financial advice, regulatory guidance, or guaranteed predictions. Customers remain responsible for evaluating the outputs of the platform and making final business decisions.
BiCXO may offer additional modules or features that extend the functionality of the platform. These Add-On Services may include specialized analytics tools, automation agents, integrations with financial systems, or industry-specific capabilities. Add-On Services may require additional subscription fees and may be activated through a separate Order Form or commercial agreement. Once activated, Add-On Services are governed by these Terms unless otherwise specified.
The platform may integrate with external systems such as ERP platforms, accounting systems, banking APIs, or data providers. BiCXO is not responsible for disruptions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions originating from third-party systems. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of such third-party services.
Customers agree to pay the subscription fees specified in their Order Form or commercial agreement. Fees may vary depending on the number of users, selected modules, deployment model, or subscription duration. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within thirty days. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of platform access.
Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during the course of the business relationship. Confidential information includes financial data, technical documentation, system architecture, business strategies and proprietary technologies. This obligation continues after termination of the Agreement.
All intellectual property rights related to the BiCXO platform remain the exclusive property of BiCXO. This includes software code, algorithms, workflows, analytics models and system architecture. Customers are granted a right to use the platform but do not acquire ownership of the software.
Customers may not use the platform in ways that violate laws or compromise the security and stability of the system. Activities such as attempting to breach system security, distributing malicious software, or interfering with system operations are strictly prohibited. BiCXO reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in such activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiCXO’s liability arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the Customer in the preceding twelve months. BiCXO shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or consequential damages.
This Agreement remains effective for the duration of the subscription period. Either party may terminate the Agreement if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, access to the platform will cease and customers may export their data within a defined period.
BiCXO may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the platform or regulatory requirements. Updated Terms will be published on the BiCXO website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of BiCXO’s principal place of business.
